We are currently looking for a new colleague for the newly created Lending Offer Team supporting the banks in ISBD (International Subsidiary Banks Division) perimeter.

If you are experienced in the area of retail product and process  development / improvement  please reading next:

Working both autonomously and as team member, you will be involved in:

• Retail lending products growth and development ;
• Innovation of retail lending processes i.e. supporting the foreign banks in the innovation and improvement of lending process;
• Improvements of client´s experience and the client´s relationship with the bank, i.e. the customer journey.

Required qualifications, skills and knowledge:

• University degree
• Analytical skills, qualitative and quantitative,
• Commercial drive and communication skills,
• Flexibility and genuine ability to work in team,
• Excellent relationship and team-working attitude.

Competencies required:

• Knowledge of Retail Banking Industry,
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project),
• Fluent English (B2-C1),
• Process design and creation are a plus

Required experience:

At least 3 years’ experience in Retail Business, Product/Process management
